Build a successful career without it taking over your life
My Intentional Career
Build a successful career without it taking over your life
A 10-week guided programme for professional women who want more clarity, confidence, influence, and control, supported by experienced and accredited executive coaches

You've worked hard to get where you are:
You've built expertise
You've gained experience
You've achieved more than people realise
You've supported colleagues, organisations, family and friends
On paper, things look great, but it doesn’t always feel that way.
Despite your success, you may still be asking:
- Why do I feel like I'm working hard but not getting where I want to go?
- Why am I still second-guessing myself?
- How do I create success without sacrificing everything else that matters?
- Why are some things unfair at work?
- What do I want next?
- Why does work feel harder than it should?
- Why am I stretched so thin?
- Why do I keep putting myself at the bottom of the list?
- Is this really what I want for the next five or ten years?
- What do I do about the difficult things I face as a woman?
If these questions sound familiar, you are exactly who we created My Intentional Career for
Here’s What We Know About You
You’re not failing. You’re not behind.
Every week we hear from capable, experienced, successful women who are navigating careers, responsibilities, families, relationships, ambitions and life's inevitable curveballs.
But they still question themselves. “Am I doing enough, achieving enough or focused enough?”
The truth? It’s nearly always the opposite. They’re doing too much, have achieved significant success and are responsible for delivering, across multiple areas of work and home life simultaneously. They put everyone else first and lose sight of what they want.
But they still question themselves.
Am I doing enough, achieving enough or focused enough?
We know exactly what they mean because we’ve been there ourselves. We designed My Intentional Career because women deserve a space to stop, reflect, reset and intentionally design what comes next.
Why My Intentional Career is Different?
Most programmes miss the bigger picture:
- Most career programmes focus on getting promoted without considering your life and long-term goals
- Most personal development programmes focus on improving your weaknesses
- Most networking groups focus on connections
- Most women in leadership programmes focus on leading teams not creating pathways to opportunities
Very few ask the bigger question:
How do I build a successful career that works with the life I want to live?
Careers don’t happen in isolation. They are shaped by beliefs, values, confidence, resilience, the way we communicate, the people around us and the complexities we face inside and outside work.
Nearly every time, the biggest challenge isn't capability. It’s finding the time, space and support to step back and think intentionally about what you want and how to get there.
That's exactly what My Intentional Career is designed to do.
Imagine 10 weeks from now
- Walking into and participating in meetings with authority and confidence
- Being focused on what matters most and less distracted by everything else
- Setting boundaries without guilt
- Navigating difficult conversations calmly
- Understanding your strengths and how to use them
- Being confident in your decisions, your voice and your worth
- More intentional about the career and life you are building
- Being surrounded by women who genuinely support your growth

This is the transformation My Intentional Career is designed to create

A community that continues
The programme lasts ten weeks, but the community doesn't. Stay connected, keep learning and help shape what we explore next because your challenges don’t stop when the programme ends
The journey
We'll take together
10 chapters – 10 weeks – a roadmap built around you.
We talk about the things most programmes avoid
- Confidence and self-doubt
- Imposter syndrome
- Burnout and exhaustion
- Boundaries and capacity
- Being overlooked or underestimated
- Difficult situations and workplace politics
- Asking for what you deserve
- Financial confidence
- Getting greater visibility
- Career setbacks and reinvention
- Harassment and other unwanted challenges
- Balancing ambition with the realities of life
- Life transitions
These are the issues that shape careers. Ignoring them doesn’t make them disappear.
By the end of My Intentional Career, you will have:
- Greater confidence in yourself and your decisions
- A clearer understanding of your strengths, values and priorities
- Practical tools to navigate challenges at work and in life
- More confidence communicating, influencing and advocating for yourself
- Stronger boundaries and better use of your energy
- A trusted network of women who understand your world

My Intentional Career is for you if:
- You’re a professional woman who’s ready to invest in yourself
- You’re successful, but know there is more to explore and you’re not quite sure how to get there
- You’re navigating change, challenge or simply asking yourself: ‘What do I want next?’ in life or your career
- You’re tired of programmes that tell you to fix your weaknesses and ready for one that builds on what you already are
- You want support from women who truly understand the realities you face, not just the theory

‘Thanks Liz. After such a tough time, our conversation helped me see things differently. I left feeling lighter, more positive and confident about my next steps’
Together we’ve spent thousands of hours helping women navigate the realities of work and life
We’ve also lived most of the challenges ourselves. We know that many of us are balancing ambitious careers while carrying much of the thinking, planning and responsibility that keeps work, home and family life running. This programme exists because of this. We believe every woman deserves the time and space to build a career that is truly her own and we are providing a platform for us all to do that.

Our Commitment to You
We want you to feel confident investing in yourself. If you engage with the programme in the first two weeks and don’t feel it’s right for you, reach out and we’ll discuss your options. We’ve designed this programme with real care, and we stand behind it.
Have questions?
We Have Answers.
Is this programme suitable for me if I’m not sure what I want next?
Absolutely. In fact, that’s one of the most common reasons women join. The programme is specifically designed to help you gain clarity, not just act on it.
How much time do I need each week?
We recommend setting aside 2 to 3 hours per week for the module content, the live call and your own reflection. It’s an investment, but one designed to fit around a busy life.
What if I miss a live call?
All live calls are recorded and available to participants. You won’t miss out if life gets in the way.
Do I need to have a specific career goal to join?
Not at all. Many women join without a clear goal and that’s exactly the point. We help you figure out what you want, not just how to get somewhere you’re not sure about.
What makes this different from therapy or mentoring?
This is a coaching and development programme. It is practical, forward focused and action oriented. We draw on frameworks, shared experience and evidence-based tools to help you move forward. It complements, but is different from, therapeutic support.
One More Thing Before You Go
If you read this far, something resonated.
Maybe it was a question you recognised. Maybe it’s the feeling that you’ve been putting yourself last for too long. Maybe it’s simply knowing that it’s time.
Whatever brought you here, we built this for you. Not the version of you that’s performing and pushing through. The one underneath, who knows she has more to offer, more to explore and more to become.
We’d be proud to be part of that journey.
Liz & Bron
